Key Role:
Provide editorial subject matter expertise and support the task management process. Edit products in the formal staffing process through the Command Task Management Program prior to command group review and document trends requiring leadership involvement. Serve as a focal point for Component Command and Joint Staff counterparts, ensuring efficient dissemination of Command-level taskers, guidance, and policy. Provide customer service support for action officers seeking assistance with obtaining, building and dispersing information internally and externally. Use technology applications to ensure staff action packages meet strenuous quality standards before command group review.
Basic Qualifications:
6 years of experience as an editor with the military or government
Experience in working with the front office at Flag Officer or General Officer level staff
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with a Task Management Tool (TMT)
Ability to type 35 words per minute (WPM)
Possession of excellent consulting skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
