Immediate need for a Studio Coordinator in Roseville. Looking for a polished, warm, friendly and inviting team player to manage the front desk of a very busy office.
In this position, you will be assisting in office administrative duties including greeting clients, answering phones, customer service, reception, product selection and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- High level customer service skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Scheduling experience
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, TEAMS, and Outlook
- Professional and ethical
- Ability to take ownership
- Strong organizational skills; ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Recent professional experience in the Retail Industry
The schedule is Saturday – Wednesday, 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm.
