We are now looking for a Global Product manager (f/m/d) based in Germany starting as soon as possible.
Your Role
The Global Product Manager (GPM) – Flexible Instruments is responsible for Alleima’s flexible instruments portfolio of products and capabilities. The Global Product Manager has marketing leadership for new product development using Alleima’s defined stage gate process. The GPM works closely with customers, engineering, sales, strategy and operations to define the portfolio strategy, manage product lifecycles, develop roadmaps and execute go-to-market plans.
- Develop and establish robust capability and product roadmaps to capture growth opportunities.
- Lead, manage and monitor projects across the new product development process together with the R&D teams. Ensure an appropriate amount of new and next generation product ideas.
- Develop business cases, document capability and product requirements, define and implement product launch plans and achieve NPPD revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop an agile, integrated portfolio strategy regarding flexible instruments and related capabilities in-line with the overall business strategy.
- Support market intelligence initiatives and conduct customer and product/capability portfolio analysis including segmentation, pricing, revenue, margin and competitor analysis on flexible instrument technologies.
About You
We see that you have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, project management, engineering, or sales within the Medical Device industry. Preferably in urology, gastroenterology or laparoscopy markets.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills will contribute to your success in the role as will strategic thinking and the ability to analyse data and manage complex projects. We appreciate your ability to form strong, transparent customer relationships and we expect you to be skilled at customer negotiations and ensuring common understanding of requirements and expectations.
Alleima Medical is a global business unit with extensive cooperation among the countries where we operate.
Many of our customers are based in Germany. Hence, we expect you to be fluent in both English and German.

Additional Information
The position is based in Germany within driving distance from Karlsruhe or Dettingen an der Erms. The role will require around 20% travel within Europe as well as to Asia and the USA.
