Our Opportunity : Restaurant Brands International is looking for a Director to join our Popeyes Franchising & Business Development Team based in Miami, FL.
The Director supports the effort to create a best-in-class franchise system by assisting with the strategic planning for the Popeyes brand, facilitation of M&A transactions and growing the Popeyes footprint through Development Agreements with new and existing franchisees.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work closely with business unit leaders in developing and executing development and expansion strategy for long-term growth of the Popeyes brand.
- Market the expansion opportunity externally and attract the highest quality prospective franchisees.
- Build and analyze financial models, outputs and scenarios to underwrite proposed transactions and deal structuring.
- Lead and conduct due diligence on prospective expanding franchisees.
- Negotiation of development agreements with new and existing franchisees.
- Liaise between Development, Franchising and Field teams to gather necessary insights to develop go-forward strategies.
- Develop and deliver presentations both internally and externally to executive level leadership.
