Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring CuraScript Specialty Distribution’s (CSD) Gastro Business Customers, Partners and ultimately all involved patients receive superior service.
- Key member of the sales team responsible for the overall satisfaction, retention and growth of the identified strategic book of business as well as ensuring contract compliance.
- Manages the day to day client relationships.
- Accountable for core service delivery for CSD clients working cross-functionally with all sales areas including; Sales Account Management, Contract Administration, Credit and Collections, Procurement and Finance.
- Proactively reviews performance metrics to promote client satisfaction, profitability, and retention.
- Utilizes technology, tools, processes and resources to anticipate and exceed CSD clients’ needs and expectations.
- Collaborates with Sales Management on client activity, expectations, and service needs.
- Up-selling and maximizing the sales potential of these key clients will also be a critical success factor in furthering the efforts of the team to gain maximum penetration of the customers overall business potential for CSD.
- This position will requires 10% travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Account and Project Management skill set;
- Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with the highest sense of urgency.
- Experience with Specialty preferred
- Experience with Oncology preferred
- Previous sales experience preferred
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
