Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Mixologist to craft exceptional cocktails and provide a unique drinking experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about spirits, ingredients, and drink presentation while ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for creating signature cocktails, maintaining a well-stocked bar, and delivering an engaging and memorable experience for patrons.
Responsibilities:
Create & Craft Cocktails – Mix and serve both classic and innovative cocktails with precision and artistry
Customer Interaction – Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and enhance the overall experience
Knowledge of Spirits & Ingredients – Have extensive knowledge of liquors, bitters, syrups, and garnishes
Maintain Bar Inventory – Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste
Ensure Responsible Alcohol Service – Check IDs, recognize intoxicated guests, and follow safety protocols
Keep a Clean & Organized Bar – Maintain cleanliness, sanitize tools, and follow health regulations
Work Under Pressure – Handle high-volume service while maintaining quality and accuracy
Upsell & Recommend Drinks – Promote premium spirits, upsell specialty cocktails, and pair beverages with food
Stay Updated on Trends – Continuously learn about new cocktail techniques, spirits, and bar industry trends

Requirements:
Experience: Prior bartending or mixology experience required
Certification: TIPS, ServSafe, or other responsible alcohol service certification (varies by location)
Skills: Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment
Personality: Outgoing, creative, and excellent customer service skills
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy bottles or kegs
Flexibility: Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Certification: TIPS, ServSafe, or other responsible alcohol service certification (varies by location)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in craft cocktail bars, fine dining, or high-end establishments
- Knowledge of molecular mixology, barrel aging, or advanced cocktail techniques
- Passion for mixology, flavor profiles, and unique ingredient pairings
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Able to understand and speak using the predominant language(s) of guests
- Knowledge of service and food and beverage, generally involving at least three years of front-of-the-house operations and/or assistant management positions.
- Excellent basic mathematical skills
- Able to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
- Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food and containers weighing up to 50 pounds
- Stamina to work up to 40 hours per week
