Job Summary:
As a Server at 36 Granada, you are the face of our restaurant and play a key role in curating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service in a professional and polished manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and guide them through their dining experience with elegance and efficiency.
- Present and explain menu items, including chef’s specials, wine pairings, and ingredients with a strong knowledge of culinary terminology and fine dining etiquette.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain table settings and cleanliness throughout service.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any issues with discretion and grace.
- Handle payment transactions with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members and support a cohesive, service-focused environment.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of wine, cocktails, and gourmet cuisine.
- Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and resolve issues swiftly.
- Well-groomed appearance and adherence to dress code.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- POS system experience preferred.
