What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Hand position at 360 Agriculture?
Excellent opportunity for an individual farming currently or looking to get into farming with a successful and large commercial cooperative in South Dakota. This individual will run a variety of plant-harvest machinery, semi/truck, work on basic maintenance and more.
Dedicated, hardworking and dependable candidates are a *must* - coop will help train in areas you aren't proficient in, but a strong, reliable work ethic and effort has to be there. The farm stays busy and works hard but management has a reputation for treating their workers fairly and respectably.
Pay will be competitive and include 1.5x pay for any hour over 40 per week. There are some benefits included that are not usually seen in agriculture. Apply today to discuss further!

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Agronomy: 1 year (Preferred)
- GPS/Autosteer: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Class A CDL (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Doland, SD 57436: Relocate before starting work (Required)
