What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at 360 Behavioral Health?
Specific duties include:
- Welcoming and assisting office visitors.
- Handling phone calls and emails.
- Scheduling appointments and making schedule changes in the online scheduling system.
- Creating and managing client and staff files.
- Communicating with local regional centers to secure client authorizations for services.
- Preparing and submitting various reports to funding sources – accurately and timely – as required.
- Completing “New Hire” packets for teammates joining the company.
- Conducting Quality Assurance interviews with clients.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum high school diploma / GED.
- Office experience – with 1 years in an administrative position preferred.
- Computer savvy with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual (Spanish) a must
- Self-motivated, responsible, honest and articulate.
- Excellent organizational, communications and time management skills.
- Customer service focus – with a professional demeanor, boundaries and composure.
- Ability to politely interact with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic knowledge of developmental disabilities and respite care / respite services preferred.
- Ability to pass background check / Live Scan required.
