What would this role do?

We are looking for a resourceful Contract Onboarding Administrator to join us and undertake a variety of recruiting and onboarding duties. You will be part of our ambitious People Operations team working on different functions. Such as recruitment processes focused on onboarding new hires, and background checks.

As an ideal candidate, you will have a broad knowledge of human resources or recruiting, as well as experience with general administrative duties.

You will also be able to thrive in a team environment and will be happy to play a proactive role in resolving any work and administrative issues for your department.

This opportunity is remote and preferably in CA.

Role Responsibilities (Here’s what it takes)

  • Responsible for pre-employment activities; E-Verify, Background Checks and pre-employment drug screens
  • Maintain timely, thoughtful candidate correspondence- serve as point of contact for candidates as they go through the onboarding process.
  • Answering candidate questions, demonstrates excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Coordinate and delegate the task to the appropriate partner of the team
  • Update and keep employee records in check.
  • Assisting in recruitment and onboarding
  • Prepare new-employee files.
  • and current liability insurance (if applicable).
  • Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!)

  • Experience managing high volume
  • Bachelors degree preferred from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to communicate and develop interpersonal relationships with candidates at all levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Successfully complete a background verification check
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk working on a computer
