360 Broadband is a growing wireless internet service provider (WISP) that is servicing cities and rural communities throughout Oklahoma and Texas. We are a team-oriented organization that focuses on delivering outstanding service to our customers. We are looking for an organized and driven professional to join our team.
Support Representative
Daily tasks include, but not limited to:
- Problem-solving and applying technical knowledge.
- Provide technical support and assistance to residential and business customers.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and social media platforms with internet-related issues.
- Must be able to perform a question diagnosis while guiding users through a step-by-step troubleshooting process.
- Must be able to clearly communicate technical solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers.
- Sets high standards of performance for self; assuming responsibility and accountability for successfully completing assignments or tasks.

Qualifications ,and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Customer service experience recommended
- Basic troubleshooting experience preferred but not required
- Technical knowledge of wireless telecommunications products preferred
- Candidate will be required to pass Background Check and Drug Screening

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
