What are the responsibilities and job description for the Alternate Care Provider position at 360 Community Services?
360 Community Services is a new Omaha based organization supporting and serving individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. We provide competitive contract rates, with exceptional training and personalized supports to the individuals and SLPs that we serve. Our team consists of highly passionate professionals, with a wealth of experience in matters of finance, medical protocols, staff development and training, behavior modification, crisis intervention, research-based habilitation and behavioral support planning, and client funding.
Our team has dedicated their careers to serving countless individuals and SLPs over the years and are waiting for your application! We are looking for alternate care providers to serve our SLPs. An Alternate Care Provider serves as a backup to Shared Living Providers, providing care for an individual in the SLPs home or yours.
