Position Status: Exempt – Full Time
Pay Structure: Salaried (starting at $45,000 annually)
Report to: Director of Nursing (RN) & Day Service Director

Job Description
Under the direction of the Director of Nursing and Director of Day Services, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ensures high quality medication practices are adhered to, as well as non-complex nursing interventions. The LPN provides direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities in day habilitation services and assists the Director of Nursing in oversight and record keeping for all clients of 360 Community Services.
