360 Community Services is searching for Clinicians! Position has flexible hours to work around a therapy practice. Training on completion of FBAs and ongoing support is provided in a collaborative environment.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Assessment Clinician is responsible for management and completion of Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA). The Assessment Clinician needs to be familiar with a variety of therapeutic models, including Behavior Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Applied Behavioral Analysis. Clinicians will work with an individual with a developmental disabilities team to gain information, collect data, assess, and provide recommendations for interventions to the team. Additional functions include development of a Behavioral Support Plan to Implement these interventions. Clinician will train the individual’s team members on the interventions and conduct fidelity checks and re-training when requested by the team.
Responsibilities include adherence to policy and procedures, quality assurance directives, and compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Administrative Job Functions
- Maintains compliance with Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPPA), Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Education (NDE), Department of Children and Family Services (CFS) and other applicable state/local/federal regulations at all times.
- Attends relevant trainings and conferences to maintain and improve professional skills and stay current on most recent evidence-based procedures and techniques related to clinical assessment and psychotherapy.
- Works Collaboratively with internal and external consumers to establish professional relationships and ensure quality service delivery for all clients.
- Provides timely and appropriate response to internal and external customer needs.
- Abides by the Customer Code of Ethics, Mission Statement, and Vision Statement in promoting ethical behavior, establishing relationships, and providing guidance in decision-making situations.
- Clinical Functions
- Completes Consultative Assessment Services in collaboration with the support planning team and through the completion of a functional behavior assessment including risk level, development of behavioral support plans, development of other habilitative plans, training, and technical assistance to carry out the plan, treatment integrity support to the participant and the provider in the ongoing implementation of the plan.
- Develops positive behavioral support plans that are readily available to be implemented in the natural setting, person-centered, emphasize learning, offer choice and social integration, be culturally appropriate, and include modifying environments as needed.
- Attends Individual Support Plan (ISP) meetings as required by regulations.
- Develops and delivers training on behavior management, positive behavioral plans, trauma informed care, data collection techniques, social skills, or other targeted individual needs that support DSPs and SLPs to improve outcomes for individuals.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements:
- Maintain current licensure as a LIMHP/LMHP/PLMHP
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Pass a State and National background screen.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Knowledge of and ability to effectively coordinate assessments through effective written/oral communications.
- Technical knowledge in the use of relevant counseling and psychotherapy techniques that apply to the services authorized.
- Have analytical skill in screening, functional behavioral assessment, and evaluating persons receiving services. Understanding behavior, psychological, physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and developmental issues, determines accurate assessment and interprets evaluative instruments correctly to accurately reflect the individual’s strengths, preferences, and needs.
WORK ENVIORNMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to bend, lift and carry objects of varying size weighing up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to sit in front of and operate a computer terminal for extended periods of time.
Salary : $25 - $35
