Position Description: Job Summary
Large Loss Project Manager, reports to the General Manager, and will oversee Commercial & Residential Insurance Loss jobs. This position will have a considerable amount of travel.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee employees and subcontractors in all phases of work Oversee large loss commercial reconstruction projects
Manage the water mitigation construction and rebuild process for commercial projects
Professionally communicate with customers, subcontractors, adjusters and insurance companies
Coordinate and schedule jobs with all parties.
Be able to complete jobs on time and within budget
Coordinate after-hours emergency services, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage and vandalism
Procure permits and inspections
Must maintain attention to detail Establish their core project management capabilities while at this level. Critical skills include time management, budgeting, scheduling, site supervision, customer contact, communication, quality control, safety, documentation, and change orders Follow all OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD regulations This position will require 100% travel and this person must be willing to work odd hours, weekends and holidays as called upon
Manage multiple projects simultaneously over a multi-location region
Job includes company vehicle or vehicle allowance
