ABA Case Supervisor (Applied Behavior Analysis)

360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC) is a family-oriented company specializing in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disorders. We are looking to hire a part-time Case Supervisor who will work with toddlers, children, and/or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.

Position Summary:

The ABA Case Supervisor works under the supervision of our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and conducts Direct and indirect Supervision of clients.

Responsibilities Include:

• Regularly supervise visits to oversee intervention delivery & provide ongoing support
• Performs functional behavior assessments for in-home ABA treatment
• Designs individualized ABA programs
• Trains parents and staff in the delivery of customized behavioral interventions for the treatment of problem behaviors and skill deficits
• Creates data collection systems for interventionists
• Reviews and reports outcomes of skills training and behavioral interventions
• Writes assessment and progress reports and trains staff in the supporting role of assisting in data entry and graph creation
• Leads and supports case team meetings to promote treatment uniformity
• Participates in clinical meetings with other supervisors and the Clinical Director

Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Pursuing a Master's Degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, Social Work or related field.
• 1-2 year experience working as a Behavior Supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions
• Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
• Prior experience as an RBT
• Experience conducting assessments
• Valid state-issued drivers' license and car insurance (driving is required)
• Must be computer literate, highly dependable, organized, very detail-oriented, and have flexible availability.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with all levels of staff, the general public and the people we support
• Ability to work in a home and clinical settings
• Ability to walk, stand, stoop and push a wheelchair and be out in a variety of weather
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
• Must have good Self Awareness, Leadership, and Self-Management skills
• Must be flexible to fulfill cases coming on as well as cover cases as needed
• Available to work flexible hours
