What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time On-Site Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position at 360 Human Services?
Position Overview:
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at 360 Human Services, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess client needs, provide direct supervision, and ensure high-quality services in accordance with the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, skill assessments) to identify clients' behavioral and developmental needs.
- Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to improve client outcomes.
- Provide direct supervision and training to clinical Case Supervisors and other members of the clinical team.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of intervention plans and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across all environments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
- Stay current with ABA literature and best practices to ensure the highest standard of care.
- Maintain 30 billable hours per week.
Requirements:
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) certification
- Master's degree in ABA or related field
- 2 years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA
- Strong understanding of ABA principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours
