360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC) is a family-oriented company specializing in providing high-quality ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disorders. We are looking to hire a full-time Program Manager who will work with toddlers, children, and / or teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disabilities.
Position Summary
The Program Manager provides a high level of support to 360 Human Services various programs and strategic partnerships. The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations within the behavior clinic to ensure efficient operational flow, timely completion of assignments, and adherence to the department standards.
Position Compensation : $ 71,000 - 75,000
Responsibilities :
- Mastering daily case management skills
- Developing and overseeing clinical programs
- Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, school, and clinic settings.
- Collect data on programs
- Assist with parent training
- Implement programs developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, which are individualized for each client.
- Deliver clear, concise, constructive, and actionable communications, insights, and feedback to staff and client families with professionalism, HR-compliant language, and a spirit of customer service using our company's AAA mode
- Must meet billable oversight of 30 hours per week
- Efficiently produce each client's clinical programs, reports, and other supervision documents accurately and completely in compliance with required (billable) hours.
- Respect the time of colleagues and client families by maintaining a punctual, consistent, reliable schedule and inspiring others to reflect the same attitude and share the commitment.
- Provides clinical program management for clients on assigned caseloads. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach his or her potential.
- Maintain professional, regular, and effective (timely and accurate) communication with client families and all colleagues (administrative and clinical)
- Produce clinical and administrative duties and paperwork with accuracy and timeliness and in compliance with the contracted (billable) hours allotted
- With a spirit of leadership and teamwork, attend and lead clinical team and training meetings
- Comply with the company's policies, procedures, timelines, and budgets.
- Assist in the effective development and delivery of ABA and other services as needed by their supervisor and area director.
