- FO / MO / BO functionalities
- Back Office Support – OSP, workflow, payments, accounting, confirmations
- Front office – Deal entry, simulation, pricing, pretrade rules, understanding of trading products
- Middle Office – VAR, RISK
- Creating / editing simulation views / layouts
- Adding / editing typologies (structures)
- Importing test cases / configuration changes
- End of Day (EOD) Processing
- Monitor Murex based support tickets, provide support with all end-user issues, escalate issues to the support manager as needed
- Communicate effectively in non-technical terms with end users to troubleshoot issues and bring to resolution
- Ability to not only diagnose Murex issues but effectively train internal support staff on how to diagnose similar issues going forward
- Contribute to customer and support analyst “how to” documentation, knowledge base articles, and internal troubleshooting guides
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively under time constraints
