Job Description
Job Title : Web Administrator
Duration : 06 to 12 months contract
Location : Miami, FL
Primary Responsibilities :
- Set up and configure Enterprise Level IIS Web Farms.
- Management of Individual Application configuration, patching coordination for IIS and the supported application as well as supporting high-availability and load management.
- Support Web Traffic management and load testing of new applications.
- Support IIS configurations with .Net versions and other Application frameworks.
- Automate setup of environments using scripting languages including but not limited to PowerShell.
- Oversee the SharePoint Server infrastructure, user access, and application deployment – taking the lead role in implementing SharePoint across the organization.
- Participate in planning and execution of tasks related to the evaluation of new SharePoint based initiatives (Upgraded Versions, Third-Party Solutions, Integration with additional Enterprise Systems).
- Develop, configure and maintain document libraries, enterprise lists, and site collections.
- Coordinate with divisions in standardizing and optimizing the way data / information is stored and retrieved.
- Maintain and administer Microsoft SharePoint server 2013 / 2016 both on-prem and in the cloud, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis; as well as perform as the SharePoint Subject Matter Expert (SME).
