Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload products efficiently using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Ensure accurate delivery of items by verifying orders before leaving the warehouse.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
- Experience in warehouse operations or as a courier is a plus.
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Capability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with moving goods.
- Familiarity with loading and unloading procedures, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
