About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled independent contractor with extensive experience in texturized painting and special finishes. This role involves applying high-quality flake finishes to walls, ceilings, and floors, as well as expertise in painting cabinets and other specialized finishes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by filling cracks and holes and smoothing out imperfections
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure their satisfaction
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Complete projects within specified timeframes and budget constraints
• Apply flake finishes and other textured painting techniques with precision.
• Handle various specialized painting tasks, including cabinet painting.
• Ensure top-notch quality and attention to detail in every project.

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in texturized painting and special finishes.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality flake finishes.
• Must provide a portfolio with images of previous work.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects efficiently.
