Key Responsibilities:
- Job Scheduling & Coordination – Manage project timelines, ensuring crews are on-site as scheduled.
- Material & Paint Orders – Order and track paint and supplies to keep projects on schedule.
- Job Openings & Closures – Ensure proper site preparation at the start and final walkthrough at completion.
- Crew Supervision – Oversee painting teams, ensuring work quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Supply Management – Deliver supplies to job sites as needed.
- Client Communication & Payment Collection – Maintain client relationships, address concerns, and collect payments
- Cost Control - Projects completed on budget
Skill Set, Experience and minimum requirements
- 3 years experience in project supervision, preferably in construction/painting (leading multiple crews simultaneously)
- Strong organization, time and priority management skills
- General knowledge of painting CRM systems
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation (insured)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
