Job Description:
360° Painting is seeking a highly motivated Salesperson to join our team on a 100% commission basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sales flow for all in bound leads.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales channels.
- Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs and provide tailored service solutions.
- Present and sell home services to prospective clients, emphasizing quality and value.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, services, and pricing to effectively communicate with clients.
- Track KPI’s through weekly performance reports
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Comply with data integrity and security policies.
- Attend review meetings with owner and production manager as scheduled
- Communicate and report daily with management
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home services industry.
- Strong understanding of home services such as painting, staining, drywall installation/repair, powerwashing.
- Basic computer and software skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass Background check.
- High energy and the ability to handle rejection.
Education:

- High school diploma (or military equivalent)
- College degree preferred but not required
Experience:
Experience:
- 2-5 years’ related work experience
- Bi-lingual is a plus

Salary: 100% Commission
