Cleaning Crew

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities (homes and commercial buildings), ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must have cleaning experience, a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
• Ensure restrooms are clean
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a healthy environment.
• Maintain inventory of own cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
