You are ready to be an integral part of a high-performing social team, helping with day-to-day development and execution of a range of social media efforts. You are eager to learn and make it your business to understand the functions and features across key social platforms and their ability to connect with our clients’ audiences. A natural communicator, you are adept at writing and are beginning to find your comfort level when presenting to clients. In this opportunity, you’ll work directly with our digital supervisors who report to a VP of social strategy. Your team collaborates closely with the agency’s PR / earned media, influencer marketing, and creative services teams to conceptualize ideas and ensure powerful social media thinking is included in client campaigns and new business proposals.
Key Responsibilities & Experience
- Contribute daily to the management of client social channels, scheduling content, interacting with followers, curating brand profiles
- Emerging competence and excitement for paid campaign execution
- Skilled at applying your basic knowledge of content marketing to plan, draft, and edit digital content calendars, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging for clients’ brands
- Adept at collecting and compiling research from across the social landscape, collaborating with more senior team members to summarize insights for campaign briefs, new business pitches, and / or strategic plans
- Creating detailed measurement reports that explain social / digital / email activity and analyze the quantitative and qualitative outcomes of campaigns
- Competent in presenting campaign outcomes and digital analysis to clients and colleagues
