The Sales Growth Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to grow existing and new business for 360 Recruiter Accelerator. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, managing a small team, and conducting market research to identify prospective customers and future business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow existing and new business for the company.
- Manage a small team focused on generating leads and building sales pipelines.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and future business opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships with desired customer base by attending events and nurturing relationships with industry decision-makers.
- Provide input to help set sales development targets and quotas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales, or business development.
- Aerospace and/or Defense experience.
- Customer Account Management experience.
- Experience leading a team; establishing a track record of exceeding targets, KPIs, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels.
- Willing to work onsite 4 days per week.
