We are seeking a seasoned Aerospace Sales Leader to join our team at 360 Recruiter Accelerator. As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to grow existing and new business for the company.
Job Description
- Grow existing and new business for the company by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Manage a small team focused on generating leads and building sales pipelines.
- Conduct market research to identify prospective customers and future business opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships with desired customer base by attending events and nurturing relationships with industry decision-makers.
- Provide input to help set sales development targets and quotas.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of experience in inside sales, sales, or business development.
- Aerospace and/or Defense experience.
- Customer Account Management experience.
- Experience leading a team; establishing a track record of exceeding targets, KPIs, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels.
- Willing to work onsite 4 days per week.
