- Deliver strategic financial and operational insights to senior leadership, supporting both business growth and process efficiency
- Develop and implement FP&A-driven initiatives that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Analyze business performance, financial results, market trends, and operational processes to identify opportunities for optimization
- Challenge current practices, influence data-driven decision-making, and champion ongoing improvements across functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource optimization and the effective execution of strategic and operational plans

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA, Master's degree, or other relevant professional certification
- Minimum: 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, or Consulting
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- A consultative style and experience working with non-finance teams (e.g., commercial, marketing, operations) supporting business decisions
- Strong commercial and business acumen

Salary : $195,000 - $225,000
