FRASAL TOOL has an opening for a full-time permanent position as a Quality Inspector with the opportunity to advance to Quality Manager with direct reports.
Frasal Tool is a leading manufacturer in the Aerospace Ground Support Tooling Arena.
Job entails the following:
- Reading and interpreting blue prints, op sheets and work instructions
- Using various types of measuring equipment to verify parts and documenting the findings
- Completing customer required quality surveys
- Completing Customer Inspection forms
- Leading in Root Cause Corrective Action
- Leading in Quality Audit
- Creating content, implementing and following ISO 9001:2015 practices and procedures
- Following Calibration procedures
- Inspecting Vendor parts
Job Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 7 years experience in the metalworking industry and in an inspection role
- Must be proficient in the use of basic measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, digital height gages, bore gages, comparators, sine plates, indicators and CMM & PC-D-mis and much more
- Must be proficient in blue print reading and GD & T
- Quality Manager role is a plus but not necessary – we can train you into this role

- If the position advances to Manager, the compensation would be higher and transition to salary
