Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Solar Consultant to join our team. Each month, we travel to different markets for 10 days, dedicating ourselves to long hours from sunrise to sunset. During this time, we focus on daily training to maximize our earning potential.

Our team can earn more in just 10 days than many people do in 2-3 months of work.
As a Solar Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and setting qualified leads for solar energy systems to residential home owners. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about renewable energy and wants to make a positive impact on the environment.

Duties:

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close sales for solar energy systems
- Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and how it can help them save money
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customers' energy needs and provide customized solar solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or questions
- Utilize marketing strategies to generate leads, including door-to-door canvassing, attending community events, and networking
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and report on sales activities
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus as we serve a diverse customer base, not required

Experience:
- Strong ability to negotiate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with door-to-door sales or energy sales is highly desirable, not required
