360 Supports, LLC, with its main office in Alexandria, VA, is looking for a stakeholder liaison and out-reach coordinator that leads by example in creating and maintaining a highly ethical atmosphere by attracting persons and families who deal honestly in every interaction as we focus on providing cutting-edge support services to those we support. The incumbent will manage the business growth efforts by bringing professionalism to home support and integrity to business in the community as we work with referral sources, clients, and government agencies. He/she shall also serve as an interventionist on assignments pertaining to agency growth efforts from hierarchy. He/she must be open to learning new tools and engaging in assignments that facilitate our operations with the ultimate goal of providing excellent support to persons in our caseload.

Key Duties

· Acting as a liaison officer between the Agency and the person/public

· Weekly or bi-weekly rendition of marketing plan and goals to hierarchy

· Answering phone or responding to emails when necessary and using excellent customer service manners

-Representing 360 Support inc at meetings and reporting to management on action items issuing from the meetings

-Obtaining referrals for our supportive services through field contacts and marketing. The ideal candidate will build relationships with social workers and/or support coordinators, social adult day centers, etc.

· Create and Develop Marketing strategies; Establish relationships with different referral sources

· Generate quality referrals. Generate a minimum of 3 long term support clients per month

· Generate home care patient referrals from existing and potential accounts.

· Collaborating with the QDDP and/or Management to ensure person/family timely supervisory visit

· Assisting individuals when necessary, making biweekly courtesy calls to individuals, and filing call logs.

-· Other assignments that may be deemed invaluable to agency operations by management.

Qualifications

· Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and ability to manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress; administrative experience; health care and/or home support experience preferred

· Excellent telephone skills; Highly professional and dependable

· Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Therap, G=Drive, and other tools.

Experience:

· staffing: 1 year (Required)

· Professional office: 2 years (Required)

· Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

· In-home support: 3 years (Preferred)

License:

· CPR (Required)

Education:

· High school diploma or GED

· Bachelors or Associate Degrees (Preferred)
