We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Landscape Project Manager to join their team and oversee the successful execution of landscaping and irrigation projects.
The Commercial Landscape Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing commercial landscape projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong project management skills, extensive knowledge of landscaping practices, and a dedication to meeting client expectations.
Pay: $60,000-$90,000/yr.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Project Execution:
- Oversee the implementation of landscape projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Manage project teams, including scheduling, directing daily activities, and monitoring progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Implement best practices for landscape installation and maintenance.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client feedback and resolve any issues that arise during or after project completion.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and final project documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture, horticulture, construction management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial landscape project management.
- Extensive knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
