360 Talent Avenue is partnering to place a Curriculum Specialist with a progressive, independent school that emphasizes emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and happiness. This position will work in Middle & High School.
This is a direct placement role with our client in the Miami, FL area.

As a Curriculum Specialist you will:
- Develop and present curriculum materials and in-service activities
- Provide support through demonstration lessons, parental involvement, and instructional coaching
- Assist teachers in identifying and addressing student needs
- Develop assessment instruments to evaluate instructional programs
- Review and evaluate instructional materials and resources
- Facilitate teacher interaction and networking for sharing strategies
- Maintain school policies and develop professional relationships
- Support the Principal and administrative leadership team
- Participate in non-classroom activities and community events
- Complete required reports and tasks professionally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- At least two years of teaching experience in a K-12 setting & curriculum writing or staff development
- Dedication to continuous learning and development as an educator
- Collaborative work style with the ability to take initiative
- Strong classroom management skills and expertise in differentiated instruction
