Retail Appointment Setter | Part-Time | Weekends

Work Hours: 24 hours/week worked; 8-hour day shifts on Fri-Mon | Flexible Schedule.  

Looking for a part-time retail sales role with weekly pay that allows you to engage with customers? 360 Talent Avenue is hiring Retail Appointment Setters to represent a major energy company inside a Fortune 100 retailer. Your main goal will be to schedule consultation appointments for potential customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the store and actively engage them to generate interest in solar energy services.
• Provide detailed, face-to-face information about the benefits of solar power and explain the consultation process.
• Proactively schedule sales appointments using a smartphone or tablet, helping customers quickly scan QR codes to access scheduling tools.
• Track and log leads accurately  daily, ensuring proper timekeeping and reporting for sales appointments.
• Collaborate with retail partners to build strong relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and increasing lead generation.
• Maintain sales targets by consistently engaging customers, setting appointments, and driving interest in the product/solution.
• Report on performance metrics, providing insights on appointment conversion and lead quality to management.

What You’ll Bring:

• 6 months of retail or customer service experience 
• HS Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation and be proficient in using a smartphone.
