Job Type : Full-time (W2 position)
Experience Required : 7 years
Key Responsibilities :
- Facilitate ART Processes & Execution : Lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of Program Increments (PIs).
- PI Planning & Event Facilitation : Organize and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions, system demos, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
- Collaboration & Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including product managers, business owners, and development teams, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
- Risk & Dependency Management : Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies that impact ARTs. Drive problem-solving efforts to address roadblocks.
- Continuous Improvement : Foster a culture of relentless improvement by collecting feedback, conducting retrospectives, and implementing best practices for Agile delivery.
- Agile Coaching : Mentor and guide Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders in SAFe principles and Agile best practices.
- Metrics & Reporting : Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess ART performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Tool & Process Optimization : Support the adoption and enhancement of Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Azure DevOps) and processes to improve team efficiency.
