Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with proven expertise in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical domain to lead Agile teams in the successful delivery of technology and product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles, strong facilitation skills, and experience navigating the regulatory and compliance challenges typical of the healthcare and pharma industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, guiding them in Scrum practices and principles.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined product backlog and support effective backlog grooming.
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and reflection.
• Promote Agile best practices and ensure adherence to defined processes and compliance requirements, including FDA/GxP if applicable.
• Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down/up charts) and support data-driven decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and QA/validation teams in a regulated environment.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.
• 4 years of domain experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech, or Life Sciences.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
