Duties
- Conducting assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health and social service needs
- Developing individualized treatment plans and providing therapy to clients in a one-on-one or group setting
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and provide comprehensive care to clients
- Maintaining accurate and confidential client records and documenting progress towards treatment goals
- Staying current with best practices, laws, and regulations in the field of social work and mental health
- Actively participating in supervision, team meetings, and professional development opportunities
Experience
- Experience working in a mental health or social services setting
- Experience working with electronic health records and documentation systems
- Master's degree in social work from an accredited program
- Current and valid license as a LMSW in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of psychotherapy theories and techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
