We are seeking a highly skilled TIBCO Administrator with 8β10 years of experience to manage, maintain, and optimize TIBCO environments, including TIBCO BW (BusinessWorks), EMS (Enterprise Message Service), Hawk, and other related components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in deployments, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of TIBCO applications and middleware components.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade TIBCO suite components (BW, EMS, Hawk, RV, etc.).
- Administer and maintain TIBCO environments in development, testing, and production.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot TIBCO-related issues.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Manage TIBCO EMS queues, topics, and bridges.
- Automate routine tasks using scripts (Shell, Python, etc.).
- Work with development and support teams to deploy and troubleshoot applications.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery configurations are in place.
- Implement security best practices for TIBCO environments.
- Maintain documentation related to infrastructure, deployment, and standard operating procedures.
Technical Skills
- TIBCO Products: BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x, EMS, Hawk, Administrator, RV, Adapters.
- Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and scripting (Shell/Perl/Python).
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting TIBCO infrastructure and applications.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SSL, LDAP, and other security protocols in TIBCO context.
