Front Desk Patient Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone to work around 30 hours per week, and we're flexible with times! Here's the typical schedule:

• Monday and Wednesday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm
• Tuesday and Thursday: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our Front Desk Patient Coordinator is the smiling face and friendly presence who greets people as they call or visit our chiropractic office. You confidently manage a variety of duties, including scheduling appointments, processing payments, and performing new patient intakes. As you answer questions and respond to texts, you help keep the office flowing efficiently. You also help coordinate in-house events and engage in light networking, making every visit to our office a pleasant one!
