Job Description

At 360 Wraps, we specialize in transforming vehicles into eye-catching mobile advertisements with our top-quality vehicle wraps. Our mission is to help businesses and individuals make a bold statement on the road. We're a dynamic and creative team dedicated to delivering outstanding visual solutions that drive brand visibility and impact.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality, visually appealing designs. You will work closely with our project managers and clients to create custom wraps that meet their branding needs and exceed their expectations. Industry experience not required, we are willing to train up the right fit and show them the ropes of the industry!

Key Responsibilities :

Design Creation : Develop eye-catching and effective vehicle wrap designs that align with clients’ branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
Client Collaboration : Work directly with clients to understand their vision, provide design recommendations, and make revisions based on feedback.
Technical Preparation : Prepare designs for production, ensuring they meet all technical specifications and quality standards. This includes creating print-ready files and ensuring accurate color profiles.
Trend Awareness : Stay current with design trends, industry developments, and new technologies to keep our designs innovative and competitive.
Project Management : Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Quality Control : Review and proof all designs for accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output before production.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with other team members, including installers and project managers, to ensure designs are accurately executed and installed.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience. Vehicle wrap or large-format graphic experience is a plus, though not required.

Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design ability and relevant graphic work.

Software Proficiency : Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop

Creativity : Exceptional creativity with a strong understanding of color theory, typography, and visual composition.

Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges and provide innovative solutions.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, though not required.
