360clean is a rapidly growing brand seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate sales appointment opportunities through email outreach, organic research, cold calling, and leveraging B2B relationships and sales intelligence platforms.
The Business Development Representative will work closely with the Director of Business Development and other key members of the corporate team to review progress, address challenges, and strategize next steps.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect data from online databases and manage leads throughout the CRM-based sales cycle to schedule sales appointments.
- Conduct targeted outbound calls and emails to engage potential clients.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, lead conversion to appointments, and assisting with revenue wins.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to support inbound and outbound marketing efforts, ensuring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals are met.
- Perform additional duties as needed, as directed by management.
- Technologically adept with the ability to navigate various software and online platforms.
- Experience using business intelligence tools.
- B2B sales experience (outbound call center or appointment setting experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing programs preferred.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to thrive in a performance-based environment.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
