Job Description – Bar & Lounge Staff
We are seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at [Your Venue Name]. Whether you’re mixing cocktails, greeting guests, managing VIP experiences, or promoting events, each role is crucial in delivering an exceptional nightlife and hospitality experience.
Available Positions:
- Bartender – Mix and serve drinks, interact with customers, and maintain bar cleanliness.
- Barback – Support bartenders by restocking, cleaning, and ensuring smooth bar operations.
- Host/Hostess – Greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and assist with customer inquiries.
- VIP Concierge – Provide premium service to VIP guests, manage reservations, and ensure an exclusive experience.
- Security/Door Staff – Monitor guest entry, check IDs, enforce venue policies, and maintain a safe atmosphere.
- Promo/VIP Personnel – Promote events, attract high-value guests, and ensure VIP clients receive top-tier service.
- Marketing/Social Media Manager – Develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow brand awareness.
- Cook – Prepare and plate food, follow recipes, ensure kitchen cleanliness, and maintain food safety standards.

Requirements:General Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Adhere to all alcohol service laws, food safety regulations, and venue policies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the venue.
- For Promo/VIP Personnel: Engage with potential customers, build relationships with VIP clients, and promote special events.
- For Marketing/Social Media: Create engaging content, manage event promotions, oversee social media interactions, and analyze
campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in hospitality, nightlife, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be 21 and legally allowed to serve alcohol.
• For bartenders: Knowledge of classic and craft cocktails; required certifications a plus. •
- For security: Previous security experience or training in conflict resolution preferred.
- For cooks: Previous kitchen experience, knowledge of food safety guidelines, and ability to work in a high-volume environment.
- For marketing/social media: Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management for hospitality or nightlife businesses.
- For promo/VIP personnel: Strong networking skills, ability to engage and attract guests, and experience in event promotion.
