What You Can Expect as a Super Mover:
- Competitive Pay: Earn $20-$30/hour, including tips and base pay. Drivers earn more and typically advance more quickly, with opportunities for higher pay.

- Work as a Team: Travel around the Twin Cities metro area with your team, assisting customers with packing, wrapping, and moving their belongings from one home to another.
- Drive: If you have a valid driver’s license, you’ll also have the opportunity to drive our branded moving trucks (no CDL required).
- Customer Service Excellence: Communicate professionally and positively with customers to ensure a smooth moving experience.
- Physical Activity: Move and load heavy items (up to 100 lbs) and drive the truck to the customer’s new home. Unload and place items in the home as requested, ensuring everything is carefully handled.
- Positive & Motivated: You bring a high energy level, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to contribute to the team.
- Ambitious & Accountable: You take ownership of your work, strive for growth, and are open to feedback and self-improvement.
- Charismatic & Adaptable: You work well with others, are a good listener, and adapt to changing circumstances to solve problems efficiently.
- Physically Capable: You’re able to lift at least 100 lbs to shoulder height and are comfortable working in physically demanding conditions (walking, climbing stairs, etc.).
- Customer-Focused: You’re committed to delivering outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
- Previous experience in moving, driving, general labor, customer service, or other physically demanding jobs is a plus, but not required.
