Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Moving Team Crew Lead to join our team! As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing moving operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of each move, and leading a team of movers to deliver top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of movers to ensure efficient and safe moving operations.
- Conduct pre-move assessments and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Plan and organize the logistics of each move, including loading and unloading trucks, packing and unpacking, and ensuring proper handling of all items.
- Help train team members to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including trucks and equipment.
- At least 6 months of professional moving experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 100 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
