- Contract administration, change order processing, submittals, purchasing, project budgets, cost coding, resource allocation, and team responsibility matrixes.
- Mandatory project planning meetings.
- Customer needs and expectations.
- Safe, profitable, and timely completion of projects with expected quality level.
- Site inspections, design reviews, code compliance, and contract requirements.
- Submittal recommendations and progress monitoring.
- Project correspondence, RFIs, letters, and written notices.
- Progress tracking against goals, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
