What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Project Manager position at 360X Staffing?
This role will have cost control and project/service executive responsibilities for all aspects of operations within the Fire Protection Marketplace.
Responsibilities
● Manage projects for the Fire Protection systems group.
● Manage the scope, schedule, budget, and communications necessary to implement construction project jobs successfully.
● Coordinate the activities of Project Superintendents and subcontractors in completing project-related tasks within the Fire Protection and Construction marketplace.
● Track and control costs for any project supporting the company’s gross margin objectives.
● Forecasting revenue generation and completion schedules.
● Manage scope and schedule changes, including analyzing the impact on the project's schedule, resources, costs, and sell price.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Five years experience with Project Management in the Construction Industry. Experience managing, leading, training, and developing a team, including service technicians and project coordinators.
- Experience with Fire Alarm projects preferred.
Salary : $55 - $60
