Senior Process Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Engineer to lead complex engineering projects, provide strategic technical guidance, and manage more junior engineers. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities, and a commitment to innovation and excellence in engineering design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of complex engineering projects across various disciplines.
• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, fostering professional growth and ensuring high-performance standards.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the technical lead and subject matter expert for high-impact initiatives, including feasibility studies, risk assessments, and engineering reviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Implement and improve engineering best practices, project workflows, and quality assurance processes.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to align engineering goals with business strategy and objectives.
• Provide technical oversight in reviewing and approving engineering documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and innovation within the engineering department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 10–15 years of relevant engineering experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Strong technical foundation with proven project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
