About 365 Performance and Colorado Rampage Ice Hockey Club
365 Performance is a branch of 365 Performance Hockey Academy serving as a working partner with the Colorado Rampage, Monument Hockey Club, Monument Rebels, SoCo youth hockey club, and the International Ice Academy of Colorado. We exist to promote elite-level training to our community of athletes and families and provide top-tier development services. We are leading the way in performance programming and youth development in Colorado.
365 Performance Academy is the premier strength & conditioning program, offering personalized programming, conditioning, and development services to athletes and community members across the front range. Our roster of highly qualified coaches provides strength and conditioning programming for local athletes who desire the opportunity to play at the next level of their careers.

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly rates between of $20-$25 based on education, certifications, and experience

Requirements
Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Roles
- Obtain your CSCS, TSAC, or ACSM Health Fitness Specialist certification within first 6 months of employment
- Compensation will be increased upon obtaining a CSCS or equivalent certification
- Provide support during team training sessions
- Provide a transformational experience to all athletes
- Deliver guidance to all members of the 365 Performance community
- Administer testing via VALD ForceDecks and Dynamo, experience with test modalities is a plus
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal communication & listening skills
- Ability to interact positively with athletes of all backgrounds
- Desire to be coached and grow as a professional
- Ability to lead team training sessions
- Basic understanding of S&C programming & implementation
- Ability to program, track and document member sessions
- Background in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and/or Musculoskeletal Anatomy & Exercise Physiology
- Strong time management skills and the ability to self-motivate
- Ability to adapt and adjust in an ever changing elite level athletic environment
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word / Google Docs and Excel / Google Sheets
Salary : $20 - $25
