JOB SUMMARY

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our 374Water equipment operating and repairing any known problems along with scheduled or nonscheduled preventative maintenance. This position is required to perform routine maintenance around system equipment component including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, pneumatics and hydraulics. Your main goal will be to minimize downtime and maximize productivity by performing regular maintenance and repairs on all equipment. You will work closely with other members of the maintenance team to troubleshoot and diagnose issues, and develop solutions to keep our facility running smoothly. Additionally, you must learn and demonstrate knowledge of the process and operations of the 374Water equipment to be able to perform the required tasks.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Responsibilities

• Electrical : Troubleshoot, repair, and install electrical components and instruments.
• Plumbing : Repair and service plumbing components such as PVC, hoses, rigid tubing, stainless HPfittings, camlock, compression, and NPT. Pressureapplications 0 psi to 4500 psi.
• Mechanical : Troubleshoot and service motor couplings, gearboxes, pumps, compressors, fans, and cylinders.
• Pneumatics : Service and troubleshoot compressors, control valves, actuators, tubing, as well as pressurededuce / regulate valves.
• Hydraulics : maintain and troubleshoot cylinders, pumps, control valves, manifold blocks, hoses, and controls.
